Super simple organic smoothie recipe that will aid healthy digestion

Some of you will already know that I have been very unwell recently which has meant I've been in and out of hospital. Unfortunately I have a diagnosis of a chronic illness (I will explain more when I feel ready)  that means I will continue to be under consultant care for the forseeable future.
I'm no longer allowed to follow any specific diet plans to help me try to lose weight, but the consultant has agreed that I can still use some of my favourite organic based health products alongside healthy eating and gental excersize. That means i can continue using my 'Cleanse' powder from Neal's Yard Remedies. I use just one scoop a day in my morning smoothie and I've been really pleased with it so far. I do feel that it is aiding healthy digestion, on the occasional day I don't have my smoothie I tend to feel sluggish & bloated but on normal days where I stick to my morning smoothie routine I believe this one scoop of Cleanse is really working.

My morning smoothie is:
Handful of Spinach
Handful of chopped frozen pineapple or mango
Splash of apple juice
Splash of water
1 scoop of 'Cleanse'

I'm always on the look out for natural healthy organic food & drink at a reasonable cost so if you have any recommendations of places I should be buying from please let me know. It's really important to me especially now that I start taking more care of what my children and I eat / drink!
