Simple Superfood Smoothie Recipe for Radiant Skin

Another Smoothie recipe today, this time using the fantastic Superfood blend - Radiance.

This blend contains:

Apple Powder*, Blueberry Powder*, Blackcurrant Powder*, Acerola Cherry Extract*, Acai Powder*, Flavourings*, Maltodextrin*, Green Bell Pepper Powder*, Pomegranate Juice*, Chia Seeds*, Stevia Leaf Extract*, Goji Berry Extract*.

  • Organic açaí is a natural antioxidant to help give protection from ageing free radicals

A handful of Spinich
A handful of frozen mango
A handful of frozen berries
A splash of apple juice

I have a few questions, can I use this smoothie every morning, for example, will I have any problems because of this? I would be grateful for advice.
