I've been really enjoying my studio since it was finished. Though obviously we are now into the colder and darker months and with no electricity out there that can be a challenge i have been doing my best to make the most of the space.
I've also taken over one of the tables in the main shop area to showcase the variety of things i offer in my botanical studio. I'm really loving making the houseplant displays, they are fast becoming one of my favourite things to create. I've made lots of beautiful Resin pendants too using pressed flowers, i've been turning these into bag charms and bookmarks. Art wise i've been working mostly in acrylic lately, exploring abstract techniques.
I've got a few workshops planned for November and December, you'll be able to see the full information on social media and on the website.
I'll also be attending some local events over the next month.
Saturday 24th November : The Gateway, 'Friends Christmas Market 2018'
Friday 30th November : Seaton Primary School - Christmas Bazzar
Saturday 1st December : Artisan Market on Winsor Gardens, Seaton (evening)
Saturday 8th December : Artisan Market on Winsor Gardens, Seaton
So wish me luck, hopefully people will like what i've been making!
