Today at the allotment we focused on the far end of the plot which has the two compost bins and the kids area. We moved the mini pond back down to this area and cleared the edge of grass ready to plant it up with flowers and vegetables in the coming weeks.
This took a lot of digging but it is ready to be planted up now, it is next to the greenhouse so i'm going to plant flowers here to add a bit of colour.
This is the other side of the greenhouse, i've dug it over and planted out some beetroot in front of the purple sprouting that will likely be finished soon. I've covered them with plastic pots to keep them protected from pests and the cold evenings.
