Today we enjoyed our first rhubarb crumble of the year!
I used just 3 stalks of homegrown rhubarb together with sweetener. Stewed the rhubarb until soft then topped with a homemade crumble topping.
As you can see we served it with (a bit too much) cream. It was super yummy. I'm looking forward to many more rhubarb recipies over the coming months.
