After a morning at the allotment on the 8th April I decided to have a go at building wooden planters using leftover scrap wood I had in the shed and some nails I had leftover from a recent fence project.
I started with a hand saw but after a while used the electric one.
I chose to build the square planter with higher inside pieces so I could cover with netting or fleece if needed.
I kept them flat on the rectangular one, just to see which I prefer. I'm going to see how many more I can create using other scrap wood we have.
Considering I made these all on my own, with scrap wood I'm pretty pleased. It was my first time building them too.
